Starting at $500.00 All-Inclusive to include weekly housekeeping services (A 10.6% Lodging Tax is charged for all stays less than 30 days)
Off-Street Parking: $50.00 (Six parking spaces - no trucks, Vans or large SUVs)
Garages: Call for availability and rates
On-street parking free with permit

- Amount of Cleaning Fee will vary depending on unit, number of occupants and length of stay.
- Amount of Security Deposit varies and is refundable (less cleaning fee) if no loss or damage.
- Off-Street parking is depending on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive your application and $300 non-refundable holding fee. Upon your arrival the holding fee will be applied to the damage/security deposit.
