Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive your application and $300 non-refundable holding fee. Upon your arrival the holding fee will be applied to the damage/security deposit.
 
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers check and credit cards through PayPal (A 3% convenience fee is charged when usin PayPal).
